Before founding out of the bleu, Jewels served for eight years as Director of Fundraising and Community Outreach at Westside Ballet of Santa Monica, one of Southern California’s most beloved pre-professional ballet companies. Prior to that, she built and launched her own lifestyle and natural fragrance brand in the UK, S’Amuser, which grew to three retail franchises and caught the attention of brand strategists and tastemakers across Europe, including a celebrated meeting with Anita Roddick of The Body Shop.
A graduate of the University of Arizona (Business Marketing), with additional studies at UCLA Extension and the Jungian Institute, Jewels is a self-described galvaniser, alchemist, and heroine of the mythic life. She has lived and worked on two continents, raised a daughter, and built a career that consistently bends toward beauty and meaning.
